Long Neck Pumpkin Info:

The Long Neck Pumpkin/Pennsylvania Dutch Crookneck/Brown Neck or just plain “Neck” winter squash is an heirloom traditionally used to make delicious pies and other baked goods.

Storage Info: Keep out of direct sunlight, in a cool area protected from frost, a garage or back porch, for example. Store on a porous surface such as cardboard, wood (as shown in the above photo, wood pallets work well) or straw.
