Color Your Food is an open dialogue on all dimensions of food and its impact on our health, culture, society, government, environment, and human values. The five-week series introduces a fun a way of thinking about food and plant-based nutrition through color while critically examining some of our most common cultural conceptions of what and how to eat. Together, the group will explore different philosophies of food and eating, including important ethical considerations, through enriching dialogue and the sharing of multiple perspectives. Ultimately, participants will come away with a broadened appreciation for the centrality of food in our lives, and the means to allow their food choices to better reflect their own values of compassion and care.
