What are the scheduled Waynesboro/Blue Ridge Summit drop-off dates for the extended season?

The drop-off (@ 512 S. Potomac St) and delivery for Waynesboro will be every Wednesday afternoon, starting on May 11th.

What are the scheduled on farm pick-up dates?

Pick up on farm will be every Tuesday (after 2pm) beginning May 10th.

If I’ve opted for the bi-weekly share, which weeks will I receive produce?

If you’ve chosen the bi-weekly share, please review the bi-weekly schedule for your pick-up location and let me know which you prefer:

For BLUE RIDGE SUMMIT / WAYNESBORO pick-up:

1. Bi-weekly 1 (starting off the 2^nd & 4^th week) : May 11, 25;   June 8, 22; July 6, 20;  August 3, 17, 31;  September 14, 28;  October 12, 26;  November 9, (maybe the 23^rd depending on weather)
2. Bi-weekly 2 (starting off the 1st & 3rd week) : May 18;  June 1, 15, 29; July 13, 27;   August 10, 24;  September 7, 21;  October 5, 19;  November 2, 16, (possibly the 30^th, depending on weather)

 For ORRTANNA pick-up:

1.  Bi-weekly 1 (starting off the 2^nd & 4^th week): May 10, 24;  June 7, 21;  July 5, 19;  August 2, 16, 30;  September 13, 27;  October 11, 25;  November 8, (maybe the 22^nd depending on weather)
2. Bi-weekly 2 (starting off the 1st & 3rd week): May 17, 31;  June 14, 28;  July 12, 26;  August 9, 23;  September 6, 20;  October 4, 18;  November 1, 15, (possibly the 29^th, depending on weather)

If, during the season, you find that you are unable to pick up your produce on the week scheduled, I can easily switch weeks as long as you let me know the Monday before scheduled delivery.

What happens if, once and a while, I’m unable to pick-up my produce on the day of delivery?

If, for some reason, you miss the Tue. or Wed. pick-up, we will do our best to store your produce overnight for pick-up the following day.  If you know in advance that you’ll be missing the pick-up, please e-mail or call to schedule an on farm pick-up.

What happens if I go on vacation and entirely miss my weekly pick-up?

If you plan to be away for an extended period, you have the following options:

1. You’re welcome to give your weekly share to friends who are willing to pick it up OR
2. You can donate your weekly share to the Gettysburg  food pantry.
